This soup is useful (and tasty) to many! be it a child, a girl, sitting on a diet, the man who yesterday "outlasted" with friends and need to recover! love it for its simplicity and tastiness!

Cooking for a small saucepan for 4 people, or (as we do) for 2 adults and 1 child for two times.

With regard to fish. the recipe I have is in the list of "waste production") I do not think many love bass fillet or pangasius fat... so am I! in order not to spoil the fish in the batter, I cut the fat, and then cook from it soup! here, it is these strips! chop them to your liking, in my case it is the middle pieces.
