Eggplant with bacon
A delicious dish, a great side dish, perfect for a picnic!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

  • Sauce

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Bacon

Eggplant wash and dry.

To make the eggplant deep incisions.

Sauce "Blue Dragon" pour into a bowl, add salt and black pepper to taste, mix well. Thoroughly grease brush eggplant, getting into the cuts. Leave for 10 minutes.

Bacon cut with scissors into squares, removing only the upper part of the packaging (it is, incidentally, comfortable). Garlic peel and cut plates.

The cuts of eggplant put in, alternating, a plate of garlic with a square of bacon. Help yourself with a knife.

Our next step depends on where you have meal. If the nature - bury the eggplant in hot ashes, or grilling. If the house - put it into the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
