Spring meat souffle
This is a simple, but very delicate recipe meat souffle with vegetables, which will help us to be slim and beautiful to the beginning of the summer season. Cooked in multivarka Vitek VT-4205

Ingredients

  • Corn

    20 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Green peas

    20 g

  • Oat flakes

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Veal

    300 g

The slow cooker I use to cook recipes for myself and my little daughter, so the competition meals will be mostly simple, easy and suitable for children. For this dish we will need a piece of veal. This is a great dietary meat, which is well absorbed. And we will need defrosted vegetables - I have green peas and corn. You should not take canned because they're no use, and the extra salt we don't need :)

Grind veal in a blender, separate the yolks from the whites, to the meat add the egg yolk, cereal and milk. Mix everything.

Separately whisk the whites in a solid foam and add to the meat.

All carefully stir and put in silicone molds, which I pre-oiled with olive oil.

Pour into the slow cooker water - 4 cups, which are supplied to the slow cooker, put the top shape for steaming, put our form with the souffle.

Select the program "a couple" and time 40 minutes. Now You have time for yourself, because the readiness of a dish, this smart machine will tell You a pleasant melodious bell :)

After 40 minutes, our souffle was ready. I have in the slow cooker have a programme to support temperature, which is very convenient, because the dish stays warm for quite a long time.
