Share with You a wonderful soup that my family had in Italy, everyone was so pleased that I decided to try to cook at home. In a recipe guessing part of the spices and then began experiments )) the Final result did not disappoint, recreate that soup!!! All the advice, much time will not take and ingredients voluntarily simple!:)

Cooking
Start )) heats the oven to 180 degrees, cut the pumpkin, salt, pepper, add thyme and Basil, all enveloping olive oil and bake 20 minutes. I baked in the skins, because then it is easier to clean. Bake on parchment or on the Mat
Cook potatoes in salted water 15-20 minutes ( until soft)
I didn't photograph, as I fried the onion. Finely chop and olive oil to roast with a couple pinches of sugar to Carmelitas. Pumpkin, potato and onion blend.
Then you need to try and focus on your taste buds, thyme, Basil, olive oil (about a dining room a spoon ) pepper, salt and a little dried Chile, all mix. Don't forget to taste!!))
Without boiling heat the milk.
Add milk to our already delicious mashed potatoes and carefully whisk until shiny and smooth consistency.
