Description
I've read that beef (beef) and coffee is one of the best flavour combinations. And although I don't really like coffee, but this taste experiment excited my imagination. So I decided, found the recipe a little moonlighting and present you the result. My impression is best expressed when my husband said that, despite the unusual taste, yet eats one bite the hand she is reaching for the next.

Cooking
Will cook in multivarka Vitek VT-4205. Wanted to mention that the results of our joint work within two weeks, I am very pleased with his assistant. Comfortable ergonomic design, removable top panel, good power, uniform 3D heating, the bowl with a ceramic coating, wide range of programs. Especially pleased with the presence of the program "Control", which allows to choose the temperature and cooking time.
1. The recipe is very simple. Veal cut into steaks, thickness of about 2 cm. RUB the steaks with a mixture of sour cream and mustard and leave in the fridge for 20 minutes.
2. Prepare the breading. Coffee medium grind, mix with fenugreek, salt and ground pink pepper.
3. The steaks get a little dry with a paper towel and roll them evenly in breadcrumbs from all sides.
4. In the bowl multivarki pour sunflower or other neutral oil. Select the program "Grilling" and set the timer for 35 minutes. I love well-cooked meat, so I chose this time of preparation. If you like meat less rare, adjust the time according to your taste.
5. Wait until the slow cooker and the oil is well warmed up (it took about 4-5 minutes), put in a bowl steaks and fry first on one side for 5 minutes, flip to other side and fry for another 5 minutes. A couple of times to turn the steaks in the cooking process. Cook until the end of the program. Cut into long lengthwise slices and serve. Well suited to a meat sauce of sour cream and greens.
