Cooking
Mix margarine, egg yolks, sour cream, flour, soda. Knead the dough and pour into pan, bake in the oven
Apples peel and core, to grate on a coarse grater and spread on baked crust, sprinkle with cinnamon (I cut the apples added a bit of lemon on the grater)
Beat egg whites with sugar to a thick foam and lay it over the apples.
Place in oven, bake until tender. (I bake at 150 degrees until Browning meringue)
