Cooking
To prepare for the start of the batter. Pour into a container of water and add brown sugar, stir.
Next, sift the flour and stir with a whisk to avoid lumps. The batter should be the consistency of a medium thick cream and smooth.
Pears a good wash, cut into slices, remove the core if necessary (I did not delete).
