Veal Stroganoff in a slow cooker
My version of beef Stroganoff. Cook in multivarka-pressure cooker. Simple, fast, tasty and incredibly soft. The site is not found identical recipe, which is amazing (can, badly searched?:) Help yourself)))

Ingredients

  • Veal

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Butter

Onion cut into half rings.

Cut the meat into slices against the grain. To beat and cut another stripes.

On a heated blend of oils (I take roughly 1:1) fry in a slow cooker (with the lid on) the onions until transparent, add the veal. Continue to fry until light it will turn brown. Salt, pepper to taste. Other spices I don't usually add to the taste not to interrupt.

Add the flour, mix well.

Add sour cream, again mix well. If too thick, add a little water (not hot; I added today 1 multistake). Taste for salt-pepper and if needed adjust to your liking. Close slow cooker and set the mode SUPPRESSION for 25 minutes (the time for multi-cooker).

25 minutes later...

Again mix well and serve. Today, I have to garnish your pasta (husband and baby guineas are still those:))) + vegetable salad. Vkusnogo!!!
