Cooking
For preparation of this snacks you can use any other mushrooms: fresh, frozen, pickled even. I used personally collected, boiled and frozen mushrooms. Mushrooms (frozen) put them in a colander and let them thaw.
Finely chop the mushrooms.
Onions cut into small cubes, and the leek rings.
Sauté both types of onions in vegetable oil for a few minutes.
Added to the sauteed onions mushrooms. Then add salt, svezhemoloty a mixture of peppers and fry for 5 minutes.
In a container for whisking, put the cream cheese, eggs, cream and beat with a mixer for one minute.
Add slightly cooled sautéed mushrooms and finely chopped dill and parsley. Carefully stir the mixture. I did not add salt.
Take the form for baking bread (I have to 1 liter). If you are not confident in your form, then brush with oil or lay baking paper. I used a single form. Spread in the form of a mixture. Put in heated to 180 degrees oven for 50 minutes.
Prepared terrines allow to cool 1 hour in the form, he is very gentle. Then carefully extracted from the mold. Can be made on the walls of the mold with a sharp knife. From a single form to extract the enough to cut through a wall with scissors.
The finished terrine can be served warm and cold. I want to note that the taste changes depending on temperature. Warm terrine soft and gentle, cold and more dense.
When serving, sprinkle with freshly-ground mixture of peppers coarse. Decorate with dill and frozen cranberries, creating a simulation of a Christmas tree. Bon appetit! All the best to You and Your family in the New year!
