While everyone is busy preparing for Easter, I want to share with you a great appetizer of mushrooms. Like those that are eaten as quickly as prepared. The site has a similar recipe Lyudochka Novoselova, but the recipe is still different. Overall they have one - it's delicious!!!
Prepared mushrooms folded into a deep bowl, add salt, sprinkle with mixture of peppers. Garlic cloves clean, one is put aside, and the rest cut into small thin slices. Fresh dill finely chop and add along with chopped garlic to the mushrooms. Pour over the vinegar (I had enough one tablespoon) and mix thoroughly. Leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes. During this time, you need to heat oil in a pan, throw in a mashed clove of garlic, fry it until it will turn brown, take out and throw in the finished dish won't be needing that, and the thus obtained aromatic oil immediately hot, pour into the bowl with the mushrooms and quickly stir. Give the mushrooms to cool down (although I admit, there is such a flavor that make it very difficult, I'm hot already sampling at all))) and you can serve the dish to serve.
