In this salad it's very simple. The ingredient amounts I gave are approximate, as these salads are always doing it "by eye", and all depends on the size of the dishes. So, boiled heart, cut it into pieces (not very small).
Eggs cut in half and halves cut into polyolefine.
On the dish lay out a layer of sliced hearts. On it - a layer of pickled onions (onions cut in half rings or quarter rings, it all depends on its size). Onion pickle according to your taste. On top of the onions lay eggs...
And only now do fishnet mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with herbs and serve immediately to the table.
