Creamy terrine with bacon
Peeped recipe learn from raechka_sav. The original recipe is made with fish, going and I did exactly to repeat it... But after opening the package with the salmon decided not to risk it. Had to urgently look for a replacement. I turned out not less tasty option with bacon and ham mousse!

Ingredients

  • Bacon

    200 g

  • Ham

    80 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Red sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Gelatin

    1.5 tsp

  • Green onions

    5 piece

  • Salt

  • Dill

  • Black pepper

  • Cherry tomatoes

    3 piece

Cooking

Pepper remove seeds and finely chop, to set aside 1/3 to the side.

Soak gelatine in 2-3 tbsp of water. Muffin tin to make the food processing film. Bacon thinly slice and put in molds

In a blender, chop the ham and red pepper. Green onions chop.

In a bowl whip the cream until thick foam. Pour in the cream and ham mousse mix

Add green onion, remaining red pepper,

the swollen gelatin, stir gently.

Spread creamy mousse into molds and chill for 2-3 hours. Before serving the terrine out of the ramekins, garnish with dill and halved cherry tomatoes. It turns out very tender and tasty snack.
