White chocolate

Strawberries wash, cut off the stalk, slice into quarters. Fill with sugar, add vinegar and leave to marinate for 10 minutes. For marinating, I chose the sugar Mistral Demerara fine.
The chocolate separately melt in a water bath. Watch the bottom of the bowl with chocolate should not touch the boiling water!
Half of the yogurt - 200 gr. mix with dark chocolate, half white. Strawberries decompose in a La carte glasses and immediately pour the chocolate mass. Leave to cool completely.
