Description
I decided to experiment with the traditional cheese salad (cheese+garlic+mayonnaise). Was very wonderful filling for tarts.

Cooking
Cheese merchant from Belebeevsky MK rubbed on a fine grater.
Carbonate cut small strips.
Bell pepper finely cut.
Added finely chopped leaf of Chinese cabbage and parsley. Rubbed a little garlic clove on a fine grater.
Made with mayonnaise and spread on the tartlets.
