Salad
For those who like seaweed... and not only. Juicy, spicy, healthy!

Ingredients

  • Sea Kale

    0.5 kg

  • Herring

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Water

  • Seasoning

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Cabbage rinse under running water in a colander. Boil about 5 min. Drain in colander, cool.

Dilute the vinegar in water. Cabbage, salt to taste and pour vinegar over it.

Add seasoning. I have for Korean carrot.

Carrots grate, add to the cabbage.

Fry the onions in vegetable oil and hot add the cabbage. Add the chopped garlic (optional).

Herring fillet cubes.

Pepper cubes.
