Snack
Rice balls with various fillings (chicken, cheese, tuna etc.) - one of my most favorite snacks for family and friendly gatherings! Made fast, look cute and very tasty! Try my current version with ham, olives and cottage cheese!

Ingredients

  • Figure

    1 pack

  • Ham

    50 g

  • Green olives

    1 can

  • Cheese curd

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Paprika sweet

Cooking

Boil the rice stick in boiling salted water until tender, cool.

Ham grate on a medium grater, olives (drain the liquid) chop.

Mix rice, cream cheese, prepared ham and olives.

From the resulting mass to form small balls (the size of a little less than a walnut). Put into the refrigerator for 10 minutes. If desired, roll in paprika or sesame seeds.
