Meat balls with wild rice
Great meat balls of veal with wild rice and pork sausage - tender, tasty, appetizing! Cook in multivarka Vitek VT-4213 GY.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    1 kg

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Wild rice

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    30 ml

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sausages

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Veal with onion to scroll through Mincer. If you want you can use ready-made stuffing. Finely chop the sausage. Add egg, milk and wild rice. I added boiled if you want to save time, you can pre-boil the rice.
