Two appetizers: crispy bacon with pears and dates wrapped in bacon

  • Dried apricots

  • Pear

  • Lemon juice

For the appetizer - dates wrapped in bacon: Peel the pistachios. Remove pits from dates and cut strips of dried apricots.

Fill each date 3 pistachios

A strip of bacon cut into two parts. Put the date on the edge of the strip and add a strip or two of dried apricots.

Wrap in bacon, fasten with a toothpick. Put in the oven for 10 minutes at 175 deg. Get after baking and put on a dish.

Now the simplest appetizer: crispy bacon with pear. Cut the remaining 5 strips of bacon into 3 pieces each and put into molds, to get an improvised basket. Put in the oven for 10 minutes at 175 deg. (be guided by his oven)
