Fall mushroom season! My family loves the mushroom dishes, especially cooked for this recipe. This is one of the favorite and delicious dishes, which is like my daughters! Fragrant, crispy medallions are never left on the table – leaving "cheers" in 10 minutes! Good both hot or cold!

Went to my husband once in the forest and brought mushrooms - 2 buckets of honey and a bucket of oyster mushrooms. Growing oyster mushrooms is so pretty, on the old fallen tree. Here they are.
I used to cook a dish of butter hat, brown, large autumn mushrooms. Usually for marinating I choose small mushrooms, and overgrown, with a big hat, I make the medallions. This time my husband brought a bucket of oyster mushrooms! I will tell you that oyster is a very easy mushroom for cooking medallions! Was doing the first time of these mushrooms, and we all very much! So, wash the mushrooms if you don't have oyster mushrooms, separating from the legs, leaving only the cap. Hats boil in salted water 10-15 minutes, from the moment of boiling. Drain in a colander, let the water drain out. Cool.
While our mushrooms are cooling, prepare the marinade. In a separate bowl mix cream, soy sauce, pressed garlic and a pinch of ground black pepper. Pour this mixture into the mushrooms, stir gently so as not to damage the cap. To let marinate 30 minutes.
Now to drain the marinade. Pour it is not necessary... it's a priceless mix! Then it is possible to prepare a great sweet pastries. For example, to bake a tasty bread or cheese biscuits, or cook the cakes for puff snack cake. In a separate bowl beat 2 eggs, pour mixture into the mushrooms, mix well. Every hat carefully roll in flour and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until Golden brown.
The like medallions make such a smooth, Golden!
Medallions lay on a dish and sprinkle with herbs. You can bring to the table! Ruddy, a fragrant, crispy and juicy on the inside... so delicious that it is impossible to put down! Preparing these mushrooms for dinner. Served with potatoes-mashed potatoes... very tasty! Over this "delicacy" is literally 10 minutes!
