Cooking
Cottage cheese, sour cream, vanilla sugar and mango juice, beat in a homogeneous mass.
Pear clean, cut into cubes
and mix with the curd mass.
Put in glasses, sprinkle with dry mint and decorate with leaves of fresh mint.
