Eggplant cut into circles - not very subtle. 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp. vegetable oil beat (easy in a jar with a screw cap). Eggplant dipped in marinade, lay on each other and leave to marinate for an hour.
Eggplant, lightly dry and fry both sides in vegetable oil, lay on a dish in a single layer and pour garlic. Cover with a lid.
Clean the mushrooms, wash, parboil, put in a colander to drained. In vegetable oil fry the mushrooms with the Bay leaf, sprinkle the mushroom powder and season with salt and pepper to taste, add to taste chili rings. Spread eggplant in a single layer.
Onions cut into half rings, sprinkle with sugar, pour the balsamic vinegar and lightly rubbed hands. Sauté with tsp of soy sauce - adjust to your taste - the onion turns sweet-sour.
Put onions on top of mushrooms, sprinkle with herbs and let stand for a couple of hours.
