Cherry free from seeds.
Orange peel boil for 1 minute, finely chop. To combine the cherries, sugar, orange zest, jelly, wine, cinnamon. Cook on low heat for half an hour. Cool, then chill in the fridge.
Garnish with whipped cream. Bon appetit!
