Cooking

step-0
step-1
Bread grate on a coarse grater (ugly - you can try to grind in a blender, but I have thought about this already when it was done)
step-2
50 g of chocolate melt in a water bath (the rest for decoration)
step-3
Cold butter chopped with bread crumbs, add the egg and chocolate and mix well
step-4
Wrap in plastic wrap, put on 20 min in the fridge
step-5
Spread the dough on the walls and bottom of the high-temperature form, place in preheated to 170 degrees oven for 15 minutes. Then remove and allow to cool
step-6
Grate on a fine grater cheese
step-7
Cream bring to a boil, but do not boil
step-8
Pour into a heated pan, the rice, pour the cream. Bring to boil, cook the rice over low heat, stirring occasionally, until almost CE cream is absorbed and the rice will not fall apart. About 25 minutes
step-9
Remove from heat, add cheese, mix well. To cool down a bit.
step-10
Remove the dough from the molds, fill with the rice pudding, sprinkle top with grated chocolate. Bon appetit!
