Mushrooms with feta cheese and sun-dried tomatoes
I often prepare baked stuffed mushrooms. On the festive table they are always popular. Options a lot of toppings, one cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. Easy to prepare, delicious, but quite a filling snack.

From mushrooms to remove the legs, taking care not to damage the integrity of the cap. Legs finely chop and fry in oil, adding soy sauce, for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.

Rasmat the cheese with a fork. Add the pesto, sauteed mushrooms and chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Mix well.

Hat to wipe of dirt with a damp cloth and fill the resulting mass. Spread on a baking parchment (I have a baking Mat) and bake at 175 degrees about 15 minutes (depending on size of mushrooms). The filling can be prepared in advance and fill the mushrooms and bake the mushrooms better just before serving, although cold appetizer is very tasty. Importantly, after cooking, not to remove it in the refrigerator.

Mushrooms out onto a plate, sprinkle with finely grated cheese and finely chopped dill.
