Cooking
Boil broccoli, drain the water, whip it in the blender to puree state.
In a blender mix the eggs, add salt, soda and flour.
Mix broccoli with beaten eggs. Line a baking tray with baking paper, grease it with oil and lay out our souffle. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at temperature of 180 degrees.
Make filling. Mushrooms fried with onions and carrots in butter in a blender, puree. Taste and season with salt and pepper. The finished cake put the filling, sprinkle top of cheese.
Turn the roulade using the paper, put into the fridge for 30-40 minutes to Cut. There is a roll you can warm and cold. Bon appetit!!!
