Sticks with bacon in German
Very simple and sooo tasty dish. In its original form was applied to beer. But the dish is so popular in our family that I replaced the beer in the hot sauce, and I was right!!! It turned out even better!

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    200 g

  • Bacon

    75 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Ketchup

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    40 ml

Puff pastry cut into sticks 1cm wide

Each wand wrap the bacon Spread on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at maximum temperature (250 degrees)

Meanwhile, make the sauce. Garlic finely chop, mix with ketchup and soy sauce Kikkoman. Let stand 10 minutes Sticks cool slightly and serve with sauce! Bon appetit!
