Cucumber cut into small pieces, chop the capers finely. If you do not like capers, you can do without them.

Mix cottage cheese with cucumbers and capers, add salt to taste. I had a salty cheese, so I didn't further his salt. I also recommend to choose the lowest-calorie cream cheese, so as not to "burden" this sweet snack.

If the asparagus are large (like me), then you need to clean it with thicker sides. If thin, it can be left with the skin on. Blanchere asparagus 1 - 2 minutes (depending on thickness) in lightly salted water.
