Tartlet of minced meat with buckwheat garnish
Remains of the "cupcakes" yesterday's recipe for mincemeat, and I decided to make the shells out of the meat, immediately with a side dish of buckwheat groats. :) Also turned out very tasty! Satisfying!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

  • Buckwheat

  • Tomato

  • Mayonnaise

  • Cucumber

  • Dill

  • Potatoes

Cooking

Boil buckwheat until soft, minced to distribute in the form of tarts.

B each slice I put a tablespoon of buckwheat.

Buckwheat on the tomato slices.

On tomato, grated on a coarse grater, boiled potatoes.

Potatoes in a Cup of cucumber + mayonnaise + dill.

B heated oven at 180° set to bake for 30-40 minutes (I baked 30 minutes).
