Chicken liver

Canned mushrooms
100 г

Pickled cucumber

Garlic

Mayonnaise
4 ст. л.

Cooking
Boil potatoes "in uniform", to grate
Liver boil, chop
Onion, carrots grate and fry in vegetable oil
Cucumbers cut into strips
Put the salad layers: 1 - potatoes, grease with mayonnaise
2 - canned mushrooms
3 - cucumbers
4 - liver, sprinkle with crushed garlic and black pepper, coat with mayonnaise
5 - onions and carrots
To give the salad to soak (the longer the tastier!)
