In a cold Kingdom and some state there lived mushrooms. Near them, on a nearby shelf lived the cream cheese and Parmesan. Seasonings settled away and neighbours from the fridge know wanted. Not even something that is not wanted, and just - yet out of the box will be selected, until you reach the... and to crumble on the road for long! One day, mushrooms and cheese got out of the house themselves. Meeting, and they have teamed up with spices in perfect Union, and went to warm up in the oven. And they lived happily ever after... but not for long. And was eaten in one day. In the original this recipe is called "mouth waters". Ready in 30-35 minutes. Delicious!

Cooking
Put to heat up the oven to 175 C. grease the pan with vegetable oil. Take the mushrooms, cut them legs and spread the mushrooms on a baking sheet. I took Portobello (similar to mushrooms, only larger), and mushrooms. The larger the mushrooms, the less mess at the end.
Legs finely chop and fry on high heat with garlic powder in the vegetable oil until you evaporate the liquid. Preferably in this case to stir. If the powder there, take a few cloves of garlic, crush and add to the almost fried the legs. Garlic does not overcook!
Mix cottage cheese (any soft) cheese, grated Parmesan, onion powder, black pepper. Add to the sauteed mushrooms (when slightly cooled). If there is no onion powder, onion finely chopped and fry with mushrooms and garlic. It turns out very thick.
Stuff mushrooms with this mixture.
And put into the oven for 20 minutes! The mushrooms will give the juice, caps browned, you're done. At the beginning of the filling is very hot, so carefully. Bon appetit! :)
