Cooking
Sift the flour with the baking powder. Add sugar and salt.
Sunflower oil combine with boiling water.
Add the flour and knead the dough.
Roll out the dough (thickness less than 5 mm.) on the baking paper or silicone Mat. To shift to the trays. Brush with beaten egg (optional).
Sprinkle with flax seeds, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds. To laminate the top with a rolling pin, so that the seeds are kept a tighter hold.
