Cake-meringue
Cake climbing frame, certainly, many associated with childhood memories. Weightless and airy, with a sweet cloud of meringue and delicate rich taste of strawberry cream. "Gossamer" is, in my opinion, very spring cake, perfect for festive table for the upcoming March 8, or just to pamper yourself and your loved ones.

Ingredients

  • Egg white

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.66 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

    20 g

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Jam

    85 ml

  • Condensed milk

    20 ml

  • Cognac

    0.333 tsp

  • Water

    20 ml

  • Strawberry

  • Walnuts

    0.333 cup

Out of this number of ingredients it turns out a small cake, its just enough for one family drinking tea. For prigovleniya meringue cakes carefully separate the whites from the yolks so that not a single drop of yolk was not included in proteins, and well-whipped meringue.
