Bake thin pancakes with a diameter of not less than 25 cm.
Julien cook: Boil frozen or fresh mushrooms (I love mushrooms with the addition of chanterelle mushrooms)in a small quantity of water, for 10 minutes. Put the cooked mushrooms and cut into strips or in a food processor (my processor is a special cutting for cutting strips), dont POUR the broth. Put the chopped mushrooms in the pan and simmer on a slow fire, then add the pre-fried onion and sauté. When mushrooms go juice - pour over the cream, to the stew and add worn on a coarse grater cheese and mix. At this point, to enhance the mushroom taste (if you don't add the other mushrooms, except mushrooms) you can add a seasoning of "mushroom Sauce" or cube mushroom sauce. If you add the sauce or the cube, then salt the dish is not necessary.
My greens, douse it with boiling water to become soft, because we will have to use it instead of rope.
