Mushrooms in sour cream
Came to visit relatives from Tambov brought a lot of mushrooms, half pickled, will be on the Christmas table, what to put. And still some more mushrooms. Thought to be more prepared and then I remembered a simple, but delicious recipe. So I decided to share it with you.

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise

  • Garlic

  • Black pepper

Mushrooms are well washed, cut and boiled in salted water. Cook 5-6 minutes to avoid overcooking. ! If you have oyster mushrooms or field mushrooms, they do not have to cook! Oyster mushroom, champignons you can just fry it, I just boiled wild mushrooms.

Discard the boiled mushrooms in a colander and let them drain.

Peel the onion and garlic.

Now we take our mushrooms and fry them in the pan. Again, if you have a pin or the mushrooms, boiling them is not necessary, you are washed, cut and immediately fried.

Fry the mushrooms for 7 minutes and add the chopped onion. Salt, pepper and all mix well. Fry for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Now to the mushrooms add the cream, sour cream I add a little more mayonnaise, but if you don't eat mayonnaise, it is possible and without it.

Cover with a lid and leave to stew for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Now the final step, until the mushrooms were extinguished I cut the dill finely and divided it into two parts. Remove the cover, stir add one part dill, mix again, skip through the press garlic, stir and immediately turn off the heat.
