Stuffed mushrooms
Delicious appetizer with Portobello mushrooms, Parma ham and feta cheese!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

  • Chicken egg

  • Cheese

    150 г

  • Ham

    2 шт

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Wash mushrooms, dry, remove the legs.

Mushroom legs cut ham slices cut in half.

Grate the cheese.2st. L. cheese mixed with presenile legs.

Cheese-mushroom mixture is spread to the hollows which were formed after removal of the legs. Salt.

Then vystelim ham.

Crack eggs in center of fungi, without damaging the yolk.

Then turn the cheese. Bake at 180 degrees about 15 minutes.
