Description
Grayling-oily, fleshy fish that belong to the Salmonidae family. Any dish of this fish is just gorgeous! It can boil, bake, fry, stew, but to me it is more like in salted form. According to the same recipe salted and Goldilocks.

Take the fish, clean, and gutting my.
Cut into small pieces with a thickness of about 1 cm.
