Cooking
Let's start with the mayonnaise. Separate the yolks from the whites. Add the lemon juice and wine vinegar. Stir.

Add the creme fraiche (you can substitute thick sour cream) and stir.
Let us crayfish. Drain off water and put the neck on a paper towel. Squeeze below the neck was almost dry. For this reason, you need a thick cream.)

It remains only to put the batter into the waffle iron.
The finished wafers are cut into small pieces, for example for 4 slices and it will turn out tarts. Or put 1 wafer, it is filling and cover with the second wafer obliquely. Bon appetit!!
