Salmon mousse with vegetable mats
Beautiful appetizer for new year's table.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    200 g

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Dill

    5 g

  • Salt

Cooking

Cook the fish, separate the meat from the bones and skin.

Punch a fish in a blender, add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.

Add dill and mix well.

Vegetable peeler, slice strips of cucumber and carrots.

Make strips of these mats.

Place the fish mass into a pastry bag with a nozzle and squeeze the vegetable "mats".
