Stuffed mushrooms is a time - tested recipe not only in our family. This is a wonderful a La carte appetizer! And stuffed with rice, cheese and tomatoes-cherry are also very rich and elegant!

Cooking
Rice "bubble mix" from TM "Mistral" (with the addition of wild rice), cook according to instructions; for starters will need about 1 Cup of cooked rice. Cheese to grate on a coarse grater. Mix all together, adding eggs.
Mushrooms free from the legs and salt. Legs mushrooms and onion finely crumble, fry in small amount of vegetable oil. Add the roast to the rice and cheese.
In cap to put the rice stuffing (with a slide). Top place the tomatoes. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes until cooked mushrooms.
Put the prepared mushrooms on lettuce leaves. Very tasty and hot, and as a cold appetizer!
