Cook the rice and eggs until fully cooked. Meanwhile, cut dough Christmas trees
Christmas trees bake in the oven for 8 - 10
Slice the egg yolks, mushrooms, olives and herbs
Mix all prepared with rice and mayonnaise
Ready Christmas trees to spread the mixture, garnish with pomegranate seeds and serve on lettuce leaves
