Cucumber tartare with feta
Offer to cook a fresh, light cucumber salad and lovely Greek feta with a spicy touch of hot red pepper. Very nice combination!

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    300 г

  • Feta

    150 г

  • Sour cream

    1 ст. л.

  • Vinegar

    1 ст. л.

  • Parsley

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0,5 ч. л.

  • Salt

Cucumber RUB on a coarse grater, a little salt, mix and set aside for 5-10 minutes to let the cucumber juice.

Meanwhile, in a deep bowl, mix sour cream, vinegar, chopped parsley, pepper, red chili, some salt and a little black pepper. Careful with the chilli, I recommend to add first less than the specified quantity, and at the end of cooking, if necessary, add more.

To the dressing add feta (100 g) and fork mash it.

Cucumber wring out excess moisture and add to the cheese mass. Mix and chill at least 20 minutes in the refrigerator.

When serving, decorate with the remaining slices of feta.
