Cooking
First prepare the dough for the eclairs.To do this, take 2 cups of warm water,add 0.5 tsp. salt,2 tbsp of sugar,200g of butter,and boil.When it all comes to a boil,add 2 cups of flour and stir well.Let boil 1 minute.(stir constantly).When the dough has cooled slightly,add 2 eggs and knead well.
Stir until until the dough becomes tacky.
Then sheet greased with margarine and put the dough,or spoon or confectionery syringe.Bake for 15-20 minutes on medium heat.When the buns are baked,the oven do not open!!!
When the éclairs are ready,we are engaged in filling.That cut mushrooms and onions,fry them in butter.When the mushrooms are almost done,we sprinkle with salt and pepper,and add to them the cream.After 2-3 minutes add cheese and let it melt.All mix well and add beaten eggs.When I added the eggs,then stir constantly.Here and ready for filling.
