Meringue berry cranberry
At home deposits cranberries - nothing is placed in it in the freezer. Fruit drinks, fruit drinks have even a small drink, tired.. Saw in a magazine a recipe for chocolate meringues with cherry, changed them over and got a berry with cranberries. Very satisfying combination of sweet and airy grounds and tart filling.

Ingredients

  • Cranberry

    400 g

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

  • Egg white

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Powdered sugar

    150 g

  • Cream

    150 g

Cooking

Beat chilled whites with sugar in a solid foam.

Cut out 2 parchment circle the size of a little more of a split form. Remove from the mold bottom, put the form on the parchment, fill with half of the protein mixture, evenly. A clean shape will remain the future round of meringue on the parchment. The same is done with the second half of the mixture. Put in a preheated 140 degree oven for 1 hour (I had 2 baking trays). Turn off oven and leave meringues inside for another hour. Cool, remove from parchment.

Put the cranberries in a saucepan, add the brandy and 2 tbsp water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, cool.

Whip cream with powdered sugar.

Cream vzbit in thick foam.

Mix the sour cream with cream, add 3 tbsp of syrup from the boiled cranberries, mix well.

For a meringue to put half of the cream, with cranberries to drain the remaining syrup and spread half of the berries on the cream.

Top place the second cake and cream with berries. Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Very tasty!
