German vegetable salad for beet lovers! Very tasty, juicy. The number of products voluntarily. Most importantly, take an equal amount of beets and potatoes.

Cooking
Cooking time is given without cooking the vegetables. Potatoes and beets clean, cut into cubes. Cucumber also cut into cubes.
From apples to remove the core, cut into strips.
Greens grind.
All mix and fill with a mixture of vegetable oil, lemon juice and Kikkoman soy sauce. If need salt.
