Description
Before You version of the cake-meringue "Pavlova" in an unusual rectangular shape. Part of: French lime meringue, homemade raspberry jam and a delicate lemon-ginger mascarpone cream. This is a delightful and incredibly tasty combination, try it ;) PS: I cooked a half portion size dishes for filing.

Cooking
Prepare a French meringue. Beat the whites with a pinch of salt to soft waves. Gradually add fine brown sugar,
Beat the mass until stable peak forms (check: turning capacity, weight not should unfold). Add the powdered sugar, juice and zest of lime.
Spread the meringue in the form 12х35х2 cm (if not, then to draw on the baking paper to the desired size and to isolate the meringue from a pastry bag). Bake at 150*C for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.
To prepare the cream. Mascarpone is whipped with sugar, add the ginger-lemon "jam".
Meringue to pass on the dish to feed a little crush in the center (leaving the edges 1-1,5 cm)
Decorate with rosettes of peeled orange slices, add leaves of lime zest and mint sprigs. Sprinkle with chopped lime zest.
