It is with this salad started my love for avocados...
Ingredients

Avocado

Bacon

Soy sauce
1 ст. л.

Honey
1...2 ч. л.

Lemon juice
2 ст. л.

Vegetable oil
1 ст. л.

Water
1 ст. л.

Parsley
1/3 пуч.

Black pepper
1/2 ч. л.
Cooking
Mix the honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, vegetable oil and water. Beat with a fork. Add the chopped onion and parsley, mix well.
Fry bacon until crisp, lay on paper towels. Cool and cut into small pieces.
Cut avocado into slices. Put on a plate, pour over sauce and sprinkle with bacon.
