Carrot gingerbread
The usual carrot cake. Anyone ever tried such, he knows what is just and unusual (the taste)!

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 kg

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Meringue

  • Jam

Cooking

Carrots boiled in sweetened water until soft,

grind in a meat grinder.

Add the eggs, sugar, sour cream, vanilla, flour and mix well.

Spread the whole mass on a baking sheet, greased with margarine, bake at 200°, 35-40 minutes.

To get, cool and cut into 4 parts.

Stack on top of each other, paramasivam cream or jam.

Decorate the meringue for a few minutes in the oven (while the meringue is not browned).
