Green salad with chicken fillet
Wonderful combination of the nutty flavor of the arugula, sweetness of green peas and tender spiced chicken.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Seasoning

    1 piece

  • Arugula

    60 g

  • Green peas

    60 g

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

    0.333 tsp

Cooking

Cook chicken breast according to the instructions on the package "Maggi for juicy fillet in Italian". Cool.

For the dressing mix lemon juice, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Arugula mix with green peas. If You use frozen peas, it should be boiled a few minutes in boiling water, then drain in a colander and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process and keep the green color.

Mix arugula and peas with dressing and place on a plate.

Spread on top of chicken fillet, cut into cubes and serve immediately.
