Unusually delicious cookies. Goes in flight!
Ingredients

Granulated sugar

Margarine

Oat flakes
400 г

In a deep frying pan melt the margarine
In melted margarine add the oatmeal (or porridge). Mix well. Fry until Golden brown
In a bowl break the eggs. The first egg I have flowed have something like a smile =)
In the eggs add the sugar. Lightly beat.
In the sugar-egg mixture add the roasted oatmeal. Mix well.

And it (paper) to lay out a small spoon like these little cookies.
Now send in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees. The first batch to bake for 5 minutes longer.
