Cookies based on
I want to share with you a beautiful and delicious cookies. In the UK this cookie with spices called "Anchorite" (Hermit), it's very long lasting freshness. I made 1/4 of the recipe, it came out a fragrant tray of pastry. To cookies, I added sweet and sour, berry-flavored.

Ingredients

  • Flour

Prepare the raisins: fill it with boiling water. Leave for 5-10 minutes. Then the water is drained, pour the raisins on a paper towel to dry them. 1. Prepare the flour mixture. In a bowl mix the sifted flour, cinnamon, baking powder (leavening agent), baking soda, ginger, nutmeg, salt and cloves. Turn on the oven at 180 C.

2. In another bowl, beat soft butter with sugar until light mass.

3. Add to creamy mass without turning off the mixer (at minimum speed) molasses (thin stream),

4. one egg and again beat.

5. Then add flour mixture. Knead the dough.

6. Add to the dough raisins and a handful of soft candied fruit. Gotta bring in the dough.

7. Place on a baking sheet baking paper. Brush with oil. If you have a silicone Mat, oil, grease is not necessary. Turn the dough out onto a baking sheet and roll out rectangle, with a thickness of 1.5 cm.

8. Bake the cake in a well-heated oven for 15 minutes. Check on a dry match.

9. Prepare the fondant. Pour the cranberry juice and the juice of physalis in separate small bowls. Add in every 2-2,5 tbsp. powdered sugar, mix. Slightly cooled cake cut into pieces. Apply the fondant on the cookie and let dry.

The cookies are ready! To store this cookie is necessary in a closed container.

P. S. molasses (I didn't), I replaced the brown sugar 2,5 tbsp + 0,5 tbsp liquid honey, stir and put on a very quiet fire. Used to melting sugar, not more. Baking powder - Soda 5 parts citric acid 3 parts mixed, sieved and take for cookies to 0.4 teaspoon.
